wpid-wp-1419716309198.jpegMINTY SUPER GREEN KIWI DETOX
Kinda like a Superfood Candy Cane, this guy has been one of our personal favorites over the Holidays, it’s just way too yummy to be so good for you!

Ingredients
- 1 Nice big handful Organic Greens of choice
(we used Spinach, Baby Kale is a definite favorite also)
– 1 Gold Kiwi
(These guys are a little sweeter & pack a bit more of a nutrition kick than their green cousins)
-1 – 2 Medjool Dates
(more or less depending in how sweet you like it)
– 1 Spotty Banana
– 1 tsp Flax Seeds
– Pure Vanilla Extract
– Few drops Mint Oil
(we like it minty, start small, give it a taste & add big!)
– Pinch Ceylon Cinnamon
– Chilled Peppermint & Green Tea, enough to cover ingredients
(we usually keep a pitcher in the fridge for all our juice recipes.
Added antioxidants bonus!)

Some “Extra” Ideas
- Green Blend Powder
- Your favorite Protein Powder
– Chia Seeds

How To Do It
Throw it all in your blender, adjust to taste.
Quick & Simple, we love it!

*A Quick Note*
We love using quality organic herbal & green teas in our juices & smoothie recipes, not only for nutritional “bump ups” but as all natural feel good flavor enhancers!
Simply steep whatever complimentary tea you might be using, chill & use along with other liquids in the recipe.
Our only words of advice: be careful to select non-caffeinated / herbal teas if enjoying an evening smoothie. Save those green teas for a little added energy in your morning blends!
